ASISA Salud price by age
Annual premium per insured person. Each family member is priced by their own age, so a couple or a family receives one combined figure in the quote.
Students pay €456 per year up to age 35; from 36 the premium is quoted individually. Prices are ASISA's current tariff and may change when the insurer updates it.

What is not covered
Every private policy has exclusions, and it is better to know them before you need care. These follow the “prestaciones excluidas” section of ASISA's General Conditions.
Cosmetic surgery and any treatment for aesthetic purposes. Reconstructive surgery after a mastectomy for cancer is covered.
Conditions you already had and did not declare in the health questionnaire, including their complications.
Medicines bought at a pharmacy, and non-medical comfort extras during a hospital stay.
Injuries from professional sport or high-risk activities, war, terrorism, officially declared epidemics, nuclear or chemical events and natural catastrophes.
Session-limited services: podiatry around 12 sessions a year, psychotherapy around 20 a year (up to 40 for eating disorders, bullying, gender violence and similar).
Dental care beyond basic stomatology and dental emergencies — full dental cover is a separate ASISA product.
The binding list is the one in your own General and Particular Conditions. Ask us and we will check a specific treatment before you buy.
How to use the policy once you are in Spain
Register with ASISA
Create your account on asisa.es or in the ASISA app. Your virtual card lives there, and you can request a duplicate if the plastic one is lost.
Find a doctor
Search the medical directory (cuadro médico) by speciality, town or distance and save favourites. You may choose any professional or centre listed in it.
Book the appointment
Call the clinic directly, or book online in the app for HLA hospitals and ASISA centres. Video consultations with a specialist run through Asisa LIVE.
Some tests need authorisation
Advanced imaging and certain treatments need prior authorisation. The app shows which ones and lets you request it in a couple of clicks.
Emergencies
Emergency care is available 24/7 across Spain. Go to an ASISA or HLA emergency service with your card; in a life-threatening situation call 112 first.

Welcome pack, General and Particular Conditions, receipts and appointment history are all in the client area and the app.
