Terms of Service

1. We are an insurance agent, not the insurer

TOMO CERO, S.L.U. acts as an insurance agent for ASISA. We are not an insurance company, we do not underwrite risk and we do not decide claims. Our service is to advise you, prepare the quote, submit your application and hand over the policy documents and the certificate you need for your visa or residence file.

The insurance contract is concluded between you (the policyholder) and ASISA, Asistencia Sanitaria Interprovincial de Seguros, S.A.U. Cover, limits, exclusions and claims handling are governed exclusively by the insurer's General and Particular Conditions, which you receive and sign when the policy is issued. Nothing on this website replaces or modifies those conditions.

2. Payment of the premium

The premium is paid to the insurer. Payment is made on ASISA's side — by direct debit from your bank account or through the insurer's own payment channel, according to the method agreed in your policy. We do not sell insurance on our own account and we do not add any fee or mark-up to the insurer's tariff.

We never ask you to send the premium to a private account. Receipts and any refund of premium are issued by ASISA.

3. Quotes

Quotes are prepared from the information you give us and remain valid while the insurer's tariff is unchanged and the declared details stay the same. Incorrect, incomplete or undeclared information may change the premium, add personal exclusions or prevent the policy from being issued. Prices shown on this website are the insurer's current starting premiums and can change with ASISA's tariffs.

4. Issuing your policy

The policy takes effect once ASISA accepts the application and the first premium is paid. We normally deliver the policy documents and the insurance certificate within 24–48 working hours after that. Acceptance of the application is the insurer's decision.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation, renewal and refund rights follow the insurer's conditions and Spanish insurance law (Ley 50/1980 de Contrato de Seguro). Send your request to us and we will process it with ASISA on your behalf, or you can address the insurer directly.

6. Liability

We cannot guarantee the outcome of a visa or residence application: that decision belongs solely to the consulate or the Extranjería office. Our responsibility is to arrange a policy that matches the cover you asked for and the requirements published for it. Medical services are provided by the professionals and centres of the ASISA network and are the insurer's responsibility.

7. Trademarks

ASISA is a registered trademark of its owner. This website is operated by TOMO CERO, S.L.U. as an official ASISA agent and is not operated by ASISA.
