2. What data we collect
Through the quote form we collect: full name, nationality, date of birth, identity or passport number (optional), number of people to be insured, postal code, preferred policy start date, email, phone number, preferred contact channel, the insurance package you are interested in and any comments you add.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to prepare your insurance quote, advise you as official ASISA agents and, if you proceed, to arrange the policy with the insurer. The legal basis is your consent and the steps requested before entering into a contract.
4. Recipients
If you proceed, the necessary data may be shared with ASISA (the insurer). When you continue in WhatsApp, you send the prepared message through Meta's platform under its terms. We do not sell your data.
5. Storage and retention
The form prepares the message on your device and does not store the request on this website. We keep subsequent correspondence only as long as needed to reply and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hola@studybarcelona.su. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
